But when they sit down for a 1:1, there's nothing in front of them — no shared goals, no sense of progress, no way to know if they're actually helping someone grow. So the conversation drifts back to the project, and career development stays something everyone agrees matters but nobody quite does.
Mentora exists because our founder lived that problem for years — and finally built the tool he wished he'd had. It's the story of good intentions meeting the right structure.
